Before you book

A few helpful answers.

What determines the final price?

Your date, location, coverage hours, timeline, guest count, team size, audio needs, deliverables, turnaround and travel all shape the final proposal.

How do we reserve our date?

A signed agreement and booking retainer are required to reserve the date. Squarespace will keep the proposal, invoice and payment steps organized in one place.

Do you travel?

Yes. BTP is based in North Jersey and regularly serves New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Travel, tolls, parking, lodging and permits are quoted when applicable.

How quickly will we receive everything?

Your delivery timeline is confirmed in the proposal. Rush galleries, social selects and expedited video delivery can be added when the event requires them.

Can we add another photographer or videographer?

Yes. We recommend crew size based on the room, schedule, guest count and whether important moments will happen simultaneously.

Are weddings, Mitzvahs and large events custom quoted?

Yes. Complex timelines and full-scale celebrations receive a tailored proposal so the hours, crew and deliverables match the event instead of forcing it into a generic package.
