Do you travel?
We follow a simple approach: rate + room.
You cover our hourly or day rate plus lodging for any on-site crew. We handle everything else—flights, ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, and rentals—so you don’t have to worry about surprise charges.
Do you offer same-day edits for photos or video?
Yes, same-day edits are available for select deliverables like headshots and event highlights. This service requires advance notice, is subject to availability, and includes an additional fee.
Can we receive both edited files and raw footage?
We always deliver professionally edited content as part of your package.
If you also need raw files, we can provide them for an added fee to cover transfer, storage, and delivery.
What’s your turnaround time?
Photos: 5 business days
Videos: 2 weeks (depending on complexity)

How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible. A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm your date. Availability is first-come, first-served.
